Required to start in November, we seek to recruit a full-time Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day to day ‘caretaker’ functions at Crackley Hall School, such as reactive maintenance, PPM’s, compliance checks, porterage, cleaning and security. This exciting and wide-ranging role is remotely managed by the Head of Estates and Sustainability, but the Site Supervisor is the key person ‘on the ground’, ensuring that their site is fully functional, organised, clean, tidy, secure and well maintained.
The role is all year round (52 weeks per year) for 37.5 hours per week (with a one-hour unpaid break per day). The working pattern is predominantly 6.45am to 3.15pm (Monday to Friday) but with the flexibility to work later shifts or weekends on occasions to meet the needs of the school.
There are also opportunities to earn overtime/time off in lieu through additional work to support key events across the Foundation.
The starting salary for this role is between D13 to D16 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff scale, currently £26,589 to £27,612 per annum full-time equivalent by negotiation, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
Potential candidates are strongly encouraged to visit the school’s website www.crackleyhall.co.uk for more information about our thriving School, which offers a rich curriculum and strong sense of community.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Foundation that values its staff and offers a rewarding benefits package including discounted places for staff, a pension scheme and a cycle to work scheme.
