Qualifications:
BSc (Hons) Nutrution and Food Science
Profile:
I joined Princethorpe as a pupil in 2005 through to 2012, after which I went on to study Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Nottingham.
From there, my career has been in retail, working specifically at Marks and Spencer. Having worked my way up to Head of Food Technology, I am responsible for several areas of the business to ensure our products are safe, legal and brilliant quality.
I am thrilled to be asked to support the college as a Trustee, as the college has been such a formative part of me and my development which has no doubt helped to set me up for success.
