Profile:

In 1983, shortly after qualifying as a solicitor, I became a teacher and spent 40 years in prep schools. At Sunningdale, The Old Malthouse and Aldro I took on a range of roles, including Head of English/Drama, Boarding Housemaster, Director of Sport and Deputy Head. Headship of Packwood Haugh and Brambletye followed, before moving to South East Asia in 2015 as Founding Head and Head of Prep at Rugby School Thailand. I am married with two sons, both of whom joined Rugby School when we returned to the UK in 2021. My wife is a Director of Music. I am now retired, more or less, though have enjoyed short-term roles locally at Bilton Grange as Director of Admissions and at Maidwell Hall as Deputy Head. I have known of Princethorpe College for many years and am delighted to be joining as a trustee of the Foundation.
