    The Princethorpe Foundation

The Princethorpe Foundation is looking for exceptional individuals who are able to shape the future of the Foundation and its three schools and nursery.  The role involves setting the vision and strategic direction of the Foundation together ...

What our staff say

  • I find the pupils here particularly warm and eager to interact with staff which is a big difference to both my previous schools.

    Sarah Duran
    MFL Second in Department
  • I feel 100% supported and empowered by my line manager who I meet with every week and the children are a real delight to teach, down to earth, enthusiastic, polite and appreciative.

    Emma Cooper
Head of Science - Princethorpe College
  • The support I get from my two NQT mentors is awesome and the dynamics and sense of humour in the Sports Department is fantastic. I 100% love it here!

    Ellie Callan
PE & Games Teacher - Princethorpe College
  • Princethorpe is everything I had hoped for when I was starting out, the pupils are both interested and interesting and I have the professional freedom and trust to do things my own way.

    Adam Rickart
Head of Austin House and Teacher of Psychology
  • I joined Princethorpe two years ago and as I have never worked within a school environment before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. With the help of all the friendly and welcoming staff I soon settled in and got used to hearing the school bells.

    Jo Flowers
    Marketing and Communications Executive
  • One of the things I really enjoy about my role is passing on my love of nature to the pupils, at Princethorpe we are doing this through the outdoor education programme and the John Muir Award and at the prep schools we involve the children in bulb and tree planting, growing their own vegetables and developing Forest School areas.

    Edd Robertson
    Grounds Manager
  • Although I had no finance experience when I joined, I enjoyed the work from the start. I love the fact that the work is really varied. It’s a small team and we are always busy, but that’s fine as everyone is so lovely to work with.

    Katie Smith
    Bursary Assistant
  • I consider myself very fortunate to be part of a community that values both professional development and a vibrant, supportive working environment.

    Ed Musson
    Head of Computer Science
  • The decision to apply for a position at Princethorpe was not easy, as I was happy in my previous job and school. However, I also felt ready for a change and a new challenge and just weeks after I had started my new role, I knew I had made completely the right choice.

    Kati Nelson
    Teacher in charge of Textiles
