Junior 5 Explore The Tudors With Portals To The Past

The lovely Lauren, began with an introduction on how and why the Tudors came to power, the effects of religious turmoil and how the discovery of the New World changed Europe. Pupils took part in a series of learning activities including exploring Tudor artefacts and guessing their fascinating functions. In the afternoon, pupils had great fun learning to joust, skilfully galloping down the course to collect the rings. It was fabulous fun and a great way to finish an exciting, engaging and wonderfully educational day.
